- Why can’t you send your lighting products abroad?
- A.
As the voltage of electrical outlets varies from country to country, for your safety and to avoid the risk of damage to the product, we can only sell our lighting to customers in Japan.
- Q.
- Is there anything I should know about my international order?
- A.
The lead time for a particular piece is the same whether the order is placed in Japan or abroad. The TRUCK Limited Warranty is valid only for domestic orders. Although we send the required manuals and tools to assemble your items when assembly is necessary, the customer shall assume full responsibility for final assembly. Please send us an email if you have any questions or concerns about putting your furniture together.

- Could you tell me the price of an item in USD, EURO, etc.?
- A.
Due to daily fluctuations in currency exchange rates, we cannot convert our prices from JPY to other currencies. Please use a trusted exchange rate converter to get an accurate approximation in your currency. Note that we only accept payment in JPY

- How can I pay?

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

- When can I expect my order to arrive?
- A.
As our furniture is made-to-order, the lead time varies from product to product. You can refer to the lead times listed on each product’s webpage or to the dates listed on your invoice for an accurate estimate. You will also be notified once your product has been shipped from TRUCK and when to expect its arrival.

- If I order many pieces of furniture, can you ship them together at a lower cost?
- A.
Even if you order many pieces at once, whether shipped together at once or at separate times, the shipping cost will be the same because the items are packed and shipped individually. Depending on the size of certain items or if they are combined with smaller Goods, there is a chance that they can be packed and shipped together safely.

- My country‘s import laws require a Certificate of Origin (COD). What should I do?
- A.
If your items require a Certificate of Origin (COD), you must request it when you place the order. We will charge a fee of 38,000 JPY to create the necessary paperwork.
- Q.
- Can you deliver to foreign countries? If so, how much does it cost?
- A.
We can ship TRUCK products to almost anywhere in the world.
After filling your Shopping Cart on our website and filling in your shipping address, the shipping cost will be displayed. Please note that shipping costs will vary depending on the destination country and the individual size and weight of the items ordered.
About Our Furniture

- How should I care for the wood and leather?
- A.
For regular upkeep and cleaning, it is enough to wipe the surface with a well-wrung damp washrag or dry cloth. Treating it with a wax or leather treatment will help to prevent dryness and cracking.
- Q.
- I would like a different size of a particular piece. Can you make it?
- A.
We cannot modify the size of our sofas or chairs. Many of our tables and bed frames have various size options that are listed on their individual product page, although some designs are only available in one fixed size. If you would like to know if a particular size is possible to make, please email us via our CONTACT page.

- Are all TRUCK products “Made in Japan”?
- A.
Yes, and all of our furniture is handmade by the craftsmen at our workshop in Osaka.
- Q.
- Is there a place aside from TRUCK or somewhere outside of Osaka, Japan where I can view and buy TRUCK furniture?
- A.
We do not sell our furniture to any retailers or distributors. For our customers in the US, you can view our showroom in Los Angeles, California via “The Good Atmosphere.”
